Far out in the uncharted backwaters of the unfashionable end of the western spiral arm of the Galaxy lies a small, unregarded yellow sun....

We got home yesterday and I'm still a little jet lagged... I stayed at Mom's last night because I didn't want to drive back home to my house after 10 hours of sitting on an airplane, almost 2 hours of going through (drug dogs, random searches... 'twas a pain), and then an hour and a half drive back to mom's from the airport. I dropped off my luggage at home this morning and checked that everything at the house was in order and that the garden was doing OK, then came straight to work.

Once I get all the pictures sorted (we probably have 2500 between mine and Ryan's cameras), I'll start posting a back log of our trip with everything we did for each day, so there will be lots of pictures and a nice little narrative of our trip at some point in the near future.

It's good to be home :)
